Sales Receipt ...I do not use a Sales Contract because I have found that when time goes by we both move on, lose touch with each other, and forget the terms we made with each other. I can only trust that you will care for my puppy as we agreed on.

I provide a sales receipt verifying I sold you one of my puppies for X amount of dollars with your name, phone, address, and my name, phone, and address as AKC requires of me and Uncle Sam expects.

I provide a written statement on my sales receipt that I give a one year guarantee for fatal life threatening genetic failure, not normal puppy maladies such as misaligned teeth etc. I give you details about their diet and their vaccination. This shall be documented by two licensed Veterinarians and a written report from such. This puppy shall be micro chipped for proper identification that said puppy is the same puppy I sold to you.

Note: I do mark limited registration for all puppies sold for pet companion only. Full registration for show and breeding rights.

Shipping Policy ...Purchaser is responsible for the expenses involve for Shipping: These would include Traveling Kennel, Health Certificate, Microchip, Rabies Vaccination if required, and Air Fair. I will be responsible for my Travel expenses and any additional expenses I may incurred to transport your puppy to and from an airport.

Return Policy...If your puppy is found to be, by a licensed Veterinarian within a 72 hour period, genetically unsound or ill from an exposure prior to leaving my care I will exchange said puppy. Puppy shall be returned in like condition as when received. Purchaser is responsible for veterinarian expenses and return shipping for said puppy. A replacement puppy will be shipped at purchasers expense as soon as agreed on between seller and purchaser.
